About Lin Zinser, One-on-One Coach for the Thinking Lab 
Lin Zinser is familiar to many Ayn Rand fans and followers through her association with Objectivism. She discovered Ayn Rand’s ideas in high school and continues to study them formally and informally. After earning a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in mathematics, she handled liability claims in the insurance industry, an experience that inspired her to earn a law degree. She then practiced law in Colorado for 19 years, defending businesses in state and federal civil litigation.
As an intellectual activist, she has led several initiatives. In the 1990s, she created Objectivism study groups in Colorado. From 2007 to 2008, she helped lead a major campaign against socialized medicine in Colorado, resulting in a victory for citizens and medical providers. From 2008 to 2017, she served as director of public outreach for the Ayn Rand Institute. She later recorded one-on-one video oral histories for the Ayn Rand Archives, documenting many individuals involved in the first 50 years of the Objectivist movement.
She currently lives in Fort Myers, Florida, and runs the Ayn Rand Society for Individual Rights of Naples, where she organizes its annual Randsday Weekend Conference.
A member of the Thinking Lab since its founding in 2008, she began coaching other Thinking Lab members in 2019 and was certified by the Life Coach School soon afterward.
