Description:
If you have ambitious goals, you need to understand your own psychology. This will help you to distinguish between situations where just putting in more effort will achieve your goals and situations where your own past or present thinking mistakes are holding you back and/or sabotaging your results. The more unique and/or ambitious your goal, the less likely you can simply get advice from someone else about how to achieve it. You need to identify and overcome the challenges yourself. You need a number of skills:

  • How to validate your own decisions, goals, and discoveries
  • How to introspect and unify any contrary motivation you feel that interferes with action, including communication
  • How to develop practical productivity processes that work in your exact circumstances

This is what the tools, coaching, and mentoring in the Thinking Lab are designed for. In this free introductory call, Jean Moroney will discuss the kinds of tools available and how they can be learned through self-study. She and Lin Zinser, Head Coach of the Thinking Lab, will also discuss briefly the unique form of coaching and mentoring we offer. Then we will open up for questions and coaching. Feel free to bring any challenges you want help with. Our goal is to support you to figure out the way forward toward your goals.

This is a teaser for our 20-minute free introductory consults to the Thinking Lab. Read more here.
