We will discuss how a focus on selfish values can inspire and sustain the action necessary to success and happiness. This is in contrast to a focus on fear or duty or self-criticism, which puts sand in the gears and eventually paralyzes action. It promises to be an insightful discussion on harnessing your existing motivation to fuel action on long-term goals and boost your everyday productivity.
