Ringers Toastmasters Club #7890

Ringers Toastmasters club is an open club hosted by Verizon. We are a friendly, informal club. Table Topics are answered on a volunteer basis. Evaluations are always friendly. Everyone is welcome to join. We are actively seeking a few long-term, committed members to shepherd the club through the next two years.

As you can tell from this minimalist website, we try to run the club with the minimum of effort. Here's what you need to know:

Meeting Time: 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm, alternate Tuesdays

To attend: You must RSVP by Monday at 5:00 p.m.

Directions: The building is between 2nd & 3rd Avenue, just east of the tunnel access road. Sign in at the security desk and take the elevator to the 6th floor. On the 6th floor, make three lefts. The room is then ahead on your right. The banner should be on the door.

Dues:

$20 new member fee (This pays for your speech manuals from Toastmasters International.)
Through April 1, dues are $7.50/month, of which $6.00 goes to Toastmasters International, $1.50 to our club for expenses. ($45/six months, $90/year.) These dues will likely go up April 1 due to the recent increase of national dues.
Memberships renew April 1 and October 1. When you join, you pay a pro-rated amount so that your membership ends on one of those dates.
